Famba Famba Tour Guide

VISUAL IDENTITY

Famba Famba is a South African-based tour guide specialist that offers unique experiences and provides intimate and memorable tours. As the company started to expand, Famba was in need of a logo refresh and the request was to keep the elephants from the original logo but to make everything look modern.

Famba translates to move in Bantu, a language spoken by the Shona people from Zimbabwe. The original logo had a mom and baby elephant, which gave the impression of family more so than move. The new logo is designed with a herd of elephants as inspiration, which has the notion of moving, and it aligns closer to the meaning of the company. We also updated the colors from a corporate palette to softer shades that resonated with the business concept that the trips are bespoke and tailored to
every client.
